Title: Why Doesn't My Prewar Loco Run???

As I have been selling trains since the mid 1970's first just at shows and on printed / mailed lists, now on ebay, I think I have developed a talent to
diagnose and cure most pre and postwar loco problems. I try to sell items either working or with the problems pre-diagnosed.
If interested, I can answer questions and may consider a series of repair posts, addressing common problems.
