This morning I got the second 248 Box Cab Electric completed and the 603 & 604 cars in order.

I'm really happy with this set. This will be next year's Christmas tree train set. If I'm still alive.

You're on the normal progression. You start out with the diecast and plastic realistic looking trains, but then an older metal one catches your eye.

You think to yourself, "Just one as a small distraction" and buy the first one.

Next year you'll be looking at your diecast trains and thinking to yourself, If I just sell that hudson I could get a 256 set with the money.

Welcome to the hobby.

Good to see there is still interest in restoring and repairing trains.
